__Over the years, I learned what works and what doesn’t by trial and
error. I also had many opportunities to work with experienced
presenters as well as to coach presenters so that they could upgrade
their skills and become masterful in their areas of expertise and
presenting it effectively and efficiently.

Eventually, this
led me to do a great deal of presenting myself, so I have experienced
live events from both the “front” and “back” of the room. And I came to
the realization that anyone who steps into the front of even the
smallest audience without at least one person to support her or him is
setting themselves up for failure and eventual burn out.
Most of us have tried to do it alone, and I don’t recommend it. I've also managed logistics teams that create a context (i.e. container) of success for the presenter and the event, and I have discovered that such teams - when managed properly - can make up for the most blatant blunders on the part of the presenter. Your event will be more successful if the presenter is skillful and professional, but a support team taking care of the participants can make most problems go unnoticed.
In this work, I have been privileged to spend a great deal of time studying and learning about energy fields with some of the world's most skillful master teachers. Using this knowledge and other metaphysical techniques that create harmony, I can quickly “read” the energy of a room and adjust that energy so that participants feel safe and respond more fully to the presenter. This is often a subtle process, but it supports presenters, production teams and participants and creates success well beyond what most people imagine possible.
And that’s my goal. To create and manage live events that appear seamless and impeccable to everyone involved (especially the participants) so that these events are effective and efficient at producing results well beyond what anyone imagines possible. Imagine your live event from that perspective. It's available to you - now.
